The Hudson Valley Sudbury School is pleased to announce our 2017 Annual Winter Gift Sale. This year the sale will take place on Saturday, December 2nd from 10am to 4pm.

This is our 11TH year! With a decade of wonderful sales under our belt we are still proud to say we were among the first in the Hudson Valley to offer the exclusively handmade shopping experience that has become so popular amongst our towns and through online marketplaces such as etsy.com. The HVSS Winter Gift Sale provides our loyal shoppers with an intimate affordable handmade experience. We are pleased that many vendors return year after year and shoppers tell us it is the highlight of their holiday shopping experience!

We cordially invite you to submit an application to this special event. This year our low vendor fee is $50. There is also a $10 application fee. It is important to us that we support our school while providing an inexpensive venue for our local crafters. We are offering 25 vendor spaces this year. Please get your applications in as soon as possible! We are looking for a diverse selection of wares; show us something we have never seen before! We also ask that each vendor donate one of his or her items to be raffled off at the event. Proceeds from the raffle will help support The Hudson Valley Sudbury School Art Cooperative, www.sudburyschool.com. The atmosphere of our event as always will be festive, supportive and community-minded.

Vendors will be selected based on quality as well as diversity. We reserve the right to accept or deny any application.

This will be a well-advertised event – starting with ourl Sudbury Winter Gift Sale website: www.sudburywintergiftsale.com. We will be sending out printed promotional material and the event will be listed in local magazines and newspapers. Word of mouth is also great, free and fun, so please tell your friends and family. Promotional materials will be emailed to you upon receiving your application and postcards are also available by request. Applications must be submitted no later than October 6th. We will review all applications and get back to you by October 11th. Your application will not be considered complete and will not be considered until we receive payment. Your Vendor Fee will be returned if you are not selected.
